I’m busy editing my recent interview with Kim Stacey, so here’s the only podcast I’ve got ready.
Oops! I’ve got to get more in the pipeline!

Tim,
A funeral is a life event, just like wedding, graduation, aniversary, retirement… Don’t get trapped by the word celebration. Funerals are a gathering of people brought together by a death. While there is some saddness in the passing of a life, a good funeral is full of laughter and stories. At Life Story Funeral Homes we understand this. We help families tell their Life Stories because someone has lived, not because someone has died. It is an event. It’s about passing on the lessons we have learned from the one who is gone. It’s about feelings and love and smiles and tears and laughter. It’s about telling the stories. I guarantee you that if you went to a funeral and said “now that was a good funeral” it’s because of the stories.

This Podcast is identical to your 4/28/07, You’re not a Wedding Planner, Podcast. Where can I find the original 5/8/07 Podcast? Don’t keep on making us wait;-)

Hopefully I’ve fixed that problem now. Don’t know how I messed up the link, but I carefully typed it back in and it seems to work now.
Of course, if it messes up again, I will blame a secret society of wedding planners who want funeral directors to hear that podcast again and again!
