We work diligently to design and manufacture the best product of it's kind in the funeral industry. Because we stand behind our product, we can offer a full one-year warranty. If anything goes wrong with your product within a year of purchase, regardless of whether the damage was your fault or ours, we will repair or replace the item. Simply return the item to us within 365 days of your purchase.
We also offer a full 90-day money back guarantee on any purchase. Return the item within 90 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price, minus shipping.
We strive to ship all orders within 3-4 days of receipt. Our orders ship from Umatilla, Florida.
If your order will take longer, because of fabric shortages or a particularly busy manufacturing period, we will notify you within 24 hours to explain the situation.

We do not offer embroidery services on any of our products.
If your order will be delivered to a home address, please be advised that carriers typically charge more for a home delivery. Also, if you do not request and pay for a signature, they may leave your package on your door step. Please advise us if you wish to pay for a signature for proof of delivery.
